Troubleshooting Zen Link™
leds in console/app mode troubleshooting documented led behaviors that can show up on zen link™ when connecting your zen link™ & cronus zen™ setup to a ps5® console, or the cronus™ zenlink web app indicates briefly "zen console mode ready" may also show if zen link™ disconnects from remote play & can't reconnect orange orange indicates "connecting to wi fi" blinking red blinking red indicates "no wi fi found" blinking purple blinking purple indicates "failure to connect to ps5® through remote play" test remote play on your pc light green light green flash then led off indicates "retrying connection" red red / blue blue flashing indicates "remote play disconnected" check wi fi strength/range ensure controller is paired/connected to cronus zen™ a3 or a2 front port steady green green indicates "successfully connected to ps5® through remote play & ready to play or access the app blinking cyan cyan indicates " app only mode ready " shows if "gamepacks/scripts flash only" is checkmarked configuration/reset troubleshooting you can re enter zenlinkconfigurator mode to change zen link™ settings, or you can factory reset zen link™ to completely start again this is especially helpful during troubleshooting if something went wrong during or after setup, or if you've changed your wi fi credentials or psn® login to enter zenlinkconfigurator mode, hold the config button for at least 5 seconds while plugging into your pc until the leds turn purple purple they will then either turn orange orange for wi fi connected or blinking red red for wi fi not setup purple purple & green green indicates "no update available" to perform a factory reset, hold the factory reset button via the paperclip hole underneath while plugging into your pc until the leds turn purple purple then blink red red connection troubleshooting if your router wi fi channel is good, you will see no network send errors if your udp statistics look like the image below with lots of errors, you will eventually have disconnects during play to determine which channel is the best for you to use, you can use this free windows® app at https //apps microsoft com/detail/9nblggh33n0n?hl=en us\&gl=us https //apps microsoft com/detail/9nblggh33n0n?hl=en us\&gl=us once installed go to analyze in this example, you can see the best channels are 10 or 11 , but your results may differ the app will provide you with a " recommendation " the wi fi symbol indicates the channel you are currently on the only way to correct this is to manually change the wi fi channel on your router as many routers are simply set to auto each router has a slightly different menu layout, so you will need to find online instructions for your router model, or if it is a modem provided by your internet provider, you can contact them for help, but essentially you will need to log into your router and then go to its wireless settings to change the channel to one that is free of traffic then go to the wireless setting and change the channel to say 10 if that one is the most clear once you apply and restart your router, reset your zen and check the udp statistics again you should see a strong connection on channel 10 or whichever channel was determined best, with no errors now you can enjoy zen link™ without issue other options while changing your modem/router's wireless channel will usually fix most connection issues, if it doesn't there are other things you can try you can bring your router closer to the location of your devices, turn off any wireless devices or bandwidth heavy services that you aren't currently using, ensure zen link™ is free of obstructions, and checkmark the " use 40mhz bandwidth " setting in the zenlinkconfigurator to see if it makes a difference you can also try opening ports for this, upnp must be enabled in your router settings and your ps5® must be on a static ip address with port forwarding enabled (see the instructions for your router/modem) tcp port 9295 → 9295 tcp port 9304 → 9304 tcp port 8572 → 8572 udp ports 9000 65535 → 9000 65535 return policy unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your network setup will be compatible with zen link™ to provide a smooth experience, but we recommend trying all of the above before reaching that conclusion if you wish to return the product for a refund, we do not cover return shipping costs if you purchased from the collective minds™ store, please follow our product return instructions and return within at least 30 days of purchase https //collectivemindsstore myshopify com/pages/shipping policy if you purchased from the cronusmax™ shop, please contact them for return instructions https //www cronusmax com/
