In-Game Settings
These are all of the settings required for the Mods to function correctly, and they also allow you to dramatically improve the quality and accuracy of your character's movement.
All default CoD: MWIII Zombies [32bit] Community GamePack Button Layout Presets are available in this GamePack including Bumper/Trigger Flip. Use Zen Studio's GCI or the Zen OLED GamePack Menu to select the layout you are using in-game, the GamePack will then automatically remap all Mods to your preferred choice.
This step is critical. If you don't select the same Button Layout Preset that you are using in-game, several Mods in this GamePack will not function correctly. It is also important to make sure Input Device is set to Controller prior to entering any multi-player matches.
Tip: We recommend playing with Tactical Button Layout, as you don't have to move your thumb off your AIM stick to press the crouch button, which is essential for the Slide Cancel Mod.
- Press the MENU/OPTIONS button on your controller
- Check INPUT DEVICE is set to CONTROLLER
- Navigate to the SETTINGS/CONTROLLER section
- Choose your preferred BUTTON LAYOUT PRESET

This determines how far the stick needs to be pushed in order to register minimum and maximum inputs. Increasing minimum inputs can help combat stick drift while decreasing it can help subtle movements register more clearly.
The value we are interested in is the 'Right Stick Min Input Threshold'. This setting is especially important for the Aim Assist Mod, which needs to have its deadzone setting set to match this setting.
A low deadzone is more responsive, a subtle touch will result in input, but thereโs a flip side, if your controller is a little worn or the sticks are a little loose it could lead to drift.
Larger deadzone's trade off responsiveness to avoid accidental inputs.
Matching your deadzone in the GamePack to your in-game options is also important to ensure Anti Recoil performs at its maximum capability.
- Press the MENU/OPTIONS button on your controller
- Navigate to the SETTINGS/CONTROLLER/ADVANCED section
- Select RIGHT STICK MIN INPUT THRESHHOLD
Sensitivity settings are essential to ensure smooth performance of either a Controller or Mouse on a console. Controller settings are a little more dialed into the default settings, but mouse settings should always be maxed out.
These are our recommended settings for when using on a console with a controller or mouse.

Match this setting to your In-Game Response Curve. Failure to do so may lead to Anti Recoil patterns not being as accurate as they can be. This GamePack does support all 3 response curves.
This step is critical. If you don't match the same Response Curve that you are using in-game, Anti-Recoil in this GamePack will not function correctly.
- Press the MENU/OPTIONS button on your controller
- Navigate to the SETTINGS/CONTROLLER section
- Choose your preferred AIM RESPONSE CURVE TYPE

This option is usually Disabled however if you prefer to game with an Inverted-Y axis, set the Invert Vertical Look to Enabled and if you plan on using the Anti-Recoil Mod, be sure to set the Mod value to 'Inverted-Y Anti-Recoil'.
Tip: The only way to use an inverted controller scheme is to have the Anti-Recoil Mod set on "Inverted-Y" or "Hybrid Inverted-Y" otherwise it is not supported.
- Press the MENU/OPTIONS button on your controller
- Navigate to the SETTINGS/CONTROLLER section
- Enable or Disable INVERT VERTICAL LOOK
When enabled, pressing forward makes your character sprint immediately, rather than requiring an additional button press.
Enabling this is highly recommended. It is also required if you plan on using the awesome Slide Cancel Mod.
- Press the MENU/OPTIONS button on your controller
- Navigate to the SETTINGS/CONTROLLER/ADVANCED section
- Enable AUTO SPRINT
This option blocks all rumble signals sent from the game but still allows the GamePack to read in-game rumble frequencies which is used by several mods to measure timing. The In-Game Controller Vibration option must always be enabled.
This step is critical. If you don't enable In-Game Controller Vibration, several Mods in this GamePack may not function correctly.
- Press the MENU/OPTIONS button on your controller
- Navigate to the SETTINGS/CONTROLLER section
- Enable CONTROLLER VIBRATION
