Select the Character to use in King Of Fighters 15. Hold the right stick right for character combo 1. Hold the right stick left for character combo 2. Hold the right stick up for character combo 3. Hold the right stick down for character combo 4. Hold RS / R3 for character combo 5.

This option blocks all rumble signals sent from the game but still allows the GamePack to read in-game rumble frequencies which is used by several mods to measure timing. The In-Game Controller Vibration option must always be enabled.
