🟡 In-Game Settings

These are all of the settings required for the Mods to function correctly, and they also allow you to dramatically improve the quality and accuracy of your character's movement.

🟡 In-Game Button Layout

All default Metal Hellsinger Button Layout Presets are available in this GamePack including Custom Layout. Use Zen Studio's GCI or the Zen OLED GamePack Menu to select the layout you are using in-game, the GamePack will then automatically remap all Mods to your preferred choice.

This step is critical. If you don't select the same Button Layout Preset that you are using in-game, several Mods in this GamePack will not function correctly. It is also important to make sure Input Device is set to Controller prior to entering any multi-player matches.

Tip: We recommend playing with Tactical Button Layout, as you don't have to move your thumb off your AIM stick to press the crouch button, which is essential for the Slide Cancel Mod.

🟡 In-Game Left Stick Deadzone

This determines how far the stick needs to be pushed in order to register minimum and maximum inputs. Increasing minimum inputs can help combat stick drift while decreasing it can help subtle movements register more clearly.

The value we are interested in is the 'Left Stick Deadzone'. This setting is especially important for the Aim Assist Mod, which needs to have its deadzone setting set to match this setting.

🟡 In-Game Right Stick Deadzone

This determines how far the stick needs to be pushed in order to register minimum and maximum inputs. Increasing minimum inputs can help combat stick drift while decreasing it can help subtle movements register more clearly.

The value we are interested in is the 'Right Stick Deadzone'. This setting is especially important for the Aim Assist Mod, which needs to have its deadzone setting set to match this setting.

🟡 In-Game Controller Vibration

This option blocks all rumble signals sent from the game but still allows the GamePack to read in-game rumble frequencies which is used by several mods to measure timing. The In-Game Controller Vibration option must always be enabled.

This step is critical. If you don't enable In-Game Controller Vibration, several Mods in this GamePack may not function correctly.
