Swap Shot
The Swap Shot MOD (aka Noob Combo, Pump SMG, or Plasma Pistol Overcharge + DMR), allows a player to automatically swap weapons upon releasing the fire trigger, allowing them to take quick and precise follow up shots without having to manually change weapons.
When using the Swap Shot technique with a shotgun as the primary weapon and a fully automatic as the secondary weapon, players are able to use the shotgun's high damage output while quickly swapping to a fully automatic weapon to finish the job. This MOD is especially effective in games like Halo and Battle Royales.
The MOD works by automatically pressing the weapon switch button as soon as you press the fire trigger. This allows players to rapidly switch between weapons and increases the effectiveness of close quarters combat.
The most notable benefits of the Swap Shot MOD include:
- Improved Reaction Time: Automatically swap to your next weapon after firing your primary weapon. This keeps your thumbs on the analog sticks for control and fingers on the triggers allowing you to continue firing at an enemy.
- Increased Firepower: By allowing the player's character to fire a high damage shot such as from a shotgun then finish an enemy off with another weapon, typically one with a high fire rate such as an SMG.
- Cronus Advantage: By having the advantage of Cronus Zen, players can feel more confident in their abilities and play more aggressively, leading to more wins.
To put it simply, the Swap Shot MOD makes it easier for players to switch between weapons during gameplay. Instead of having to manually switch weapons, the MOD automatically switches to another weapon after firing, so you can keep shooting without interruptions. This helps players to be more efficient in combat situations, improving performance and overall firepower.
This is what the source code of a SWAP SHOT MOD looks like. Note that all button labels match their corresponding buttons on other controllers. This example can be tuned by adding inputs to do more actions in-game. For example, if the script says XB1_Y (Y Button), it will also press the PS4_TRIANGLE (TRIANGLE) on a PlayStation controller.
