Every weapon, and most kinds of attachments have a unique 'Weapon Sway' which alters the game mechanics, resulting in changes to the Anti-Recoil X&Y values for that specific weapon.
As this pack features the new BEAM2.0 technology, most combinations of weapons, barrels, and optics are automatically stabilized so you don't have to spend time looking for adjustable values. ๐ฅ
This GamePack supports Semi-Automatic detection for weapons with recoil.
- Pick up a weapon.
- Hold "VIEW/TOUCHPAD" (do not release)
- Tap "D-PAD UP" or "MENU" once.
- The Weapon will Fire Automatically and Zen's OLED screen will refresh showing the selected weapon.
- The Weapon is now detected and set in the active Primary/Secondary profile with its custom settings.
- At this point let go of "VIEW/TOUCHPAD".

Weapons which can not be detected (weapons without recoil) does not need to be detected. If you want to assign on of those weapons do this: If you want to assign it to your Primary: - "VIEW/TOUCHPAD" + "D-PAD LEFT" If you want to assign it to your Secondary: - "VIEW/TOUCHPAD" + "D-PAD RIGHT"
This will reset your active weapon to Regular Fire and remove any attachments instantly, since these weapons will not need any Anti-Recoil preset.

Do not release "VIEW/TOUCHPAD" until the OLED screen refreshes with the weapon you picked up, otherwise the weapon detection process will cancel itself (it only takes a second or two).
This GamePack supports automatic ReSync between the primary and secondary weapons.
For example, if you have an R-301 set as your primary and an R-99 set as your secondary in the GamePack and experience a desync, simply start shooting. The primary or secondary weapon (depending on which one you shoot) will re-sync correctly without any toggles.
Make sure you select a "Manual ReSync" or "Automatic ReSync" option in MOD26; otherwise, Rumble Weapon ReSync will not work.

This GamePack has a Two Touch System., which allows players to quickly and efficiently switch between weapons using the touchpad of a PlayStation controller
This preset style for Controller Shortcuts provides a fixed layout designed for ease of use. When selecting this preset, the "RS/R3" button is used in place of "VIEW/TOUCHPAD" for certain Jump Toggles, namely Resync to Primary, Resync to Secondary, Reset Primary Loadout, and Reset Secondary Loadout.
The Jump Toggle for attachments, "VIEW/TOUCHPAD "+ "RB/R1", is disabled in this option to avoid conflicts with the R-301 shortcut. However, you can still utilize the following toggles to switch weapons and attachments instantly.

Once you've selected your weapon of choice, along with your preferred attachments and optics, and you feel BEAM2.0 is not working as expected, you're likely using different sensitivity settings than the ones recommended.

Most of the Weapon and Attachment combinations in this GamePack should BEAM2.0 without any adjusting. However, for the ones that do require a little tuning due to differing sensitivity settings, your weapon may require small changes to the X Axis.
It's a pretty simple procedure.
- First make sure Anti-Recoil is enabled (Menu > MOD19).
- Use LT/L2 + D-PAD DOWN to toggle Anti-Recoil OFF.
- Aim around 65-75 meters. Fire a clip until empty and take note of its line of direction.
- Use LT/L2 + D-PAD DOWN to toggle Anti-Recoil ON.

- If the weapon moves in the same direction with Anti-Recoil OFF.

Adjustable Scale is a modifier that enhances the Y- and X-Axis values for Anti-Recoil, making the adjustments more powerful.
Example:
- a +2 adjustment on the Y-Axis will have a greater impact with an Adjustable Scale set to 500 compared to one set to 200.

The Anti-Recoil Modifier is a highly valued feature among experienced players, particularly those who use Aim Assist with Anti-Recoil at the same time This modifier works to offset the deceleration experienced when Aim Assist is in action, locking onto an adversary. The average adjustment range usually falls between 12-18%.
- ๏ปฟOff Hit: This mode preserves your weapon's base Anti-Recoil settings. It's useful when aiming at static targets like walls or in scenarios where there's no need for Aim Assist adjustment.
- ๏ปฟOn Hit: This mode adds extra recoil to offset the slowdown caused by Aim Assist. This is a GLOBAL MOD, so it will enhance the Anti-Recoil compensation of any active weapon, including all optic levels.
- ๏ปฟDynamic: This mode allows for the use of both Off Hit and On Hit based on the pressure of the left trigger. Low pressure will output Off Hit recoil. Holding the left trigger all the way down will output On Hit recoil.
- ๏ปฟOff Hit + Hip Fire: This mode performs the same as Off Hit while also allowing for Hip Fire recoil.
- ๏ปฟOn Hit + Hip Fire: This mode performs the same as On Hit while also allowing for Hip Fire recoil.
For players utilizing Off Hit recoil, small negative values are often adopted to counteract the natural upward motion of the recoil. In contrast, those using On Hit recoil may opt for small positive values, assisting in maintaining aim control amidst the heat of firing.

This GamePack features TWO WEAPON PROFILES that you can quickly assign weapons to during fast paced games. Each profile stores a PRIMARY & SECONDARY weapon, including your favorite attachments. Note: SLING is available only with the Ballistic Legend.
It's important to familiarize yourself with the GamePack menu layout.

For an enhanced gaming experience, each weapon profile has a distinct Zen RGB color. Additionally, feel the difference when switching weapons: your controller will vibrate once for PRIMARY, twice for SECONDARY, and thrice for SLING (exclusive to the Ballistic Legend). The Weapon Armory categorizes weapons by their respective classes, so you can easily find your desired weapon type without sifting through extensive lists. For example, no need to scroll past ARs and SMGs when searching for a Shotgun.
To facilitate quick changes between PRIMARY, SECONDARY, and SLING weapons, simply use the Jump Toggle VIEW/TOUCHPAD + RT/R2 which takes you straight to the Weapon Armory. Use D-PAD LEFT/RIGHT to scroll through the different weapon classes, A/CROSS to select the class and weapon of your choice, and B/CIRCLE to save.

For Weapon Profiles to work correctly, it's crucial that in-game attachments align with the GamePack settings. Within the GamePack, you can customize 'Barrel' and 'Optic' for the PRIMARY and SECONDARY weapons in each of the two loadouts, for a total of 4 custom weapons, all quickly accessible using a simple Jump Toggle.
Note: SLING does not support attachments.
Barrel Modsย are a category ofย attachmentsย that improve the accuracy of manyย weapons. There are two kinds of barrel mod but only one of them affect recoil - theย Barrel Stabilizer. You can also use theย Laser Sight barrel MOD, but as it doesn't affect recoil there are no options required for it in the GamePack menu.

Swapping between your PRIMARY, SECONDARY, and SLING weapons during battle has never been easier. By monitoring the Cycle Weapon button (default: Y/TRIANGLE), the GamePack will keep track of the active weapon using a method called 'Rumble Switch', then automatically applying the correct settings for that particular weapon.
Note: Ballistic Legend is required for the SLING weapon.

When using an option with "ReSync" the GamePack will attempt to resync your weapons should a desync happen when firing your weapon. A desync is possible when using your inventory or navigating the ingame menu.

First of all, letโs break down how the standard Aim Assist๏ปฟ generally works. In this game, when either left or right stick movement is applied, the built-in aim assist feature quietly steps in at a certain movement threshold. Itโs like having a subtle co-pilot that gently slows down your aim, making sure you lock onto targets more smoothly.
Aim Assist offers incredible benefits, but it has traditionally been accompanied by a downside: screen-shake. This jitter effect can sometimes be more detrimental than helpful. However, with the introduction of Silent Aim 2.0, this issue is eliminated.

Silent Aim also works great with a mouse and keyboard as there is zero screen-shake and interference when the right stick or mouse is in motion.
For those looking to fine-tune the performance of Silent Aim, you can adjust its strength to suit your preferences. You'll find the "Silent Aim Strength" setting, which controls the movement of the right stick to lock onto an enemy.
Adjusting Strength: Higher values increase shake, while lower values decrease it.
Optimal Setting: Start with the lowest strength and test in the firing range.

This GamePack is loaded with a variety of extremely handy FIRE MODs (default: On Fire), designed to disorient enemies, causing them to miss shots and lose track of your position.

These Fire MODs will be prevented from running whenever the in-game On Fire (default R2) is held. Once released, the MOD will resume. In APEX, weapon barrels can be equipped with barrel stabilizers, which help reduce weapon recoil. These stabilizers come in different colors, each representing a different level of rarity and effectiveness.

In APEX, optics are attachments that provide different levels of zoom and enhanced aiming capabilities for weapons. They come in various types and rarities, each suited for different combat situations:
1x: Basic red dot sight with no magnification.
2x: Provides a 2x magnification for mid-range combat.
3x: Provides a 3x magnification, ideal for longer mid-range engagements.
4x: Provides a 4x magnification, ideal for longer mid-range engagements.
1x-2x: Offers a variable zoom between 1x and 2x.
2x-4x: Variable zoom between 2x and 4x, suitable for various combat distances.

Loot Swap is an excellent tool for players using a mouse and keyboard.
Usually, you can't use your mouse for looting as it's tied to the left analog stick. But with Loot Swap, while you're holding a specific key on your keyboard, the functions of the two analog sticks are swapped (the left stick becomes the right stick).

To avoid unintentional game actions, it's strongly suggested that the key you select for this purpose isn't already assigned to another function in your Zen MK Profile.
Additionally, consider creating an Auxiliary profile in your Zen MK Profile. Use the same key as the activator for this auxiliary profile and set its sensitivity high. This setup makes looting a breeze.

Super Glide is an engaging movement MOD that enables you to glide across the map. Though it might take a bit of practice to master, it's definitely worth it.
To execute a Super Glide, tap JUMP (default: CROSS) or PING (default: R1) once while moving forward. During the peak of a jump, or when climbing or landing on an edge, and as soon as the camera shows a stabilizing animation, press JUMP or PING again and this will trigger the Super Glide, sending you flying! ๐

A Wall Bounce is when your character sprints towards a wall, jumps and bounces off the wall in the direction the left stick is held.
While sprinting towards a wall, hold JUMP (default: CROSS), then press CROUCH (default: CIRCLE) at the same time for an exaggerated bounce effect, creating enough movement to disrupt your enemies' tracking, giving you a strategic edge.

When jumping at an obstacle, or climbing a short distance, hold RELOAD (default: SQUARE), then press JUMP (default: CROSS) at the same time for a massive acceleration boost. This makes your character leap much further than typically possible.
It's an excellent strategy for swiftly moving your character or escaping high-pressure situations.

In APEX, "mantling" refers to the action of climbing or vaulting over obstacles in the game environment. This mechanic allows players to scale walls, fences, and other barriers that are within reach, providing greater mobility and strategic options during gameplay. Mantling is performed by moving towards an obstacle and pressing the JUMP default: CROSS) button. This action enables players to reach higher ground, escape threats, or gain advantageous positions in combat. With the Mantle M.O.D., you no longer have to worry about hanging on the edge of obstacles. This feature ensures that you automatically climb over them, providing smoother and more efficient movement.

When enabled a screensaver will automatically turn on after 5 seconds when not in the GamePack menu. If a new weapon is detected or attachment is changed the display will be visible for 2 seconds before the screensaver turns back on. This will reduce CPU load when running leading to smoother and more stable gameplay.

To achieve the best performance with Global Automatic Weapon Detection, it is recommended to enable Power Mode. This ensures the system operates at its highest efficiency, providing seamless and accurate weapon detection.
๐ซ Troubleshooting
If you find your weapon is not beaming, even though all your in-game settings are correct, don't panic! After incorporating some great community feedback, we've identified a straightforward fix which should be done before programming a new GamePack.
If this doesn't resolve whatever issue you are having, then there could be a problem with a setting in the game itself, so we recommend that you erase the saved data:
- ๏ปฟPS Button > Settings > Saved Data and Game/App Settings > Select Saved Data (PS4), Select Console Storage > select Delete, Tick the game title and select Delete. Xbox Button > Highlight Apex Legendsยฎ > Press Menu > Manage Game and Add-ons > Select Saved Data > Delete All. (This does NOT delete the game, save game or your online multiplayer progress).
- Zen Studio > Programmer Tab - Program the latest version of the GamePack to the first memory slot of your Zen.
- Match up all the In-Game Settings and you'll be BEAMING in no time!
