If your Zen was purchased from anywhere but Cronus, then it is still likely used and tied to a different account, which denies you access to the Cronus Community, while also attaching your Zen to any number of social media accounts.

If you encounter an error while trying to access the GPC Library or any VIP section of the forums, it indicates that your Cronus Zen is not properly registered to the account you're currently logged into. Please make sure to follow the steps outlined in our guide with care.

An SSID is the name of your Wi-Fi network shown when connecting devices. For ZenLINK™ setup, select the SSID for your 2.4GHz network. If your router splits 2.4GHz and 5GHz, choose the 2.4GHz SSID for proper connection.

PS Remote Play® is required once to link Cronus Zen™ to a PS5®. After the initial connection, it’s no longer needed. This step enables full mod support and compatibility with PS5® games and controllers.

The PROG USB Port (referred to as 'PROG' in the user guide) is located on the right side of the Cronus Zen. It connects the Zen to a Windows PC for programming, GamePack setup, and Zen Studio access. Older models use mini-USB; newer models use USB-C.
